Stephen Snater

Stephen Snater has a diverse work experience spanning from 2002 to the present. Their most recent position is as the Equipment Finance President at MidCountry Bank, where they have been since June 2021. Prior to this, they served as Vice President at MidCountry Bank since March 2011. In 2021, they also took on the role of Director of Fund Development at Capistrant Parkinson's Foundation. From 2013 to 2019, they were a Former Board Member at Parkinson's Foundation Minnesota Chapter, holding various positions including Chair of the Fund Development committee and President. In 2010, they founded Arcola Capital and served as President until 2011. Stephen also held positions as Vice President at Carlton Financial Corporation from 2007 to 2010, Director of Medical Group Practices Division at US Bank in 2006, Marketing Rep at Celtic Leasing Corp. from 2004 to 2006, and Account Executive at Optical Laser in 2002.

Stephen Snater attended Hopkins High School from 1993 to 1996. Stephen then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at South Dakota Mines from 1996 to 2002.
