Stephenie Olson

Stephenie Olson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Stephenie started their career in 1999 as a Sr. Internal Auditor at ING and then worked as a Consulting Manager at Protiviti from 2003 to 2004. In 2004, they became a Project Manager at Goebel Fixture Company. In 2006, they joined MidCountry Bank as an Assistant Controller and held this role until 2017. During their time at MidCountry Bank, they also served as the VP Controller for the Community Bank Division from 2017 to 2022. From 2022 to 2023, they worked as the VP Controller at MidCountry Bank/MidCountry Acquisition Corp. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at MidCountry Bank, a role they started in May 2023.

Stephenie Olson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from St. Cloud State University, where they studied from 1993 to 1999.
