Elise Nieuwhof

Elise Nieuwhof is a seasoned project leader and program manager currently engaged at Middin, focusing on flexible intake and talent management in the context of care and education. As the owner of Elise Nieuwhof, Elise provides consultancy on HR and development issues, serves as an interim change manager, and acts as a TMA advisor for talent management. Nieuwhof co-founded Parels van Leiderschap and has held multiple roles, including program manager for flexible intake at Siza and project manager for dialogue-based validation at Sherpa. Extensive experience also includes advising organizations like Cordaan and Vereniging Gehandicaptenzorg Nederland, alongside a strong academic background, holding a postgraduate degree in Ethics in Healthcare from Radboud University and a master's in Cultural Anthropology from Leiden University.
