Femke Bader

Femke Bader is an experienced recruitment advisor currently working at Middin since February 2022, where involvement began with an internship project. Previously, Femke held positions at ActiVite from June 2016 to August 2022, serving as a receptionist and restaurant worker in a nursing home for elderly individuals with dementia. Additionally, Femke completed an internship focused on recruitment at Hoogheemraadschap van Rijnland from September 2020 to July 2021. Femke holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from Hogeschool Leiden, obtained from 2018 to 2022.
