Abdelhay Keshawi has a diverse work experience spanning several years. In 1999, they worked as a Programmer and DBA at Greenstate Real Estate, AD. In 2000, they joined Crescent Computer Services, AD as a Programmer and Technician until 2002. Later, in 2003, they joined Middle East Broadcasting Corp as an IT/Broadcast Systems Engineer. Abdelhay worked closely with the building IT Manager to ensure smooth newsroom operations in line with established processes. Abdelhay continued to work as an IT Engineer in the same company until 2008.

Abdelhay Keshawi's education history begins in 1996 when they attended Ajman University of Science & Technology in Abu Dhabi. Abdelhay pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Sciences from 1996 to 2001. After completing their undergraduate studies, they went on to attend the New Horizon Training Center in Abu Dhabi in 2002. Here, they earned a degree as an Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) and RDBMS Application Developer.

In 2005, Abdelhay Keshawi furthered their education at the ExecuTrain Training Center in Dubai. Abdelhay obtained a degree as a Microsoft SQL Server Database Programmer. Abdelhay also studied Crystal reports 9.0 during this time.

In 2007, Abdelhay Keshawi attended CA Technologies and earned a degree in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), SLA/OLA Managing IT Services & Service Delivery. Abdelhay also completed the ITIL course at CA Technologies in the same year.

Additionally, in 2007, they attended the New Cube Training Center in Dubai and obtained a degree as an Oracle Certified Administrator (OCA).
