Hassan Bou Kassem has a diverse work experience in marketing and management roles. Hassan started their career in 2006 as an Associate Account Manager at LDLP - Pearson Distributor in MENA, where they worked until 2009. In 2009, they joined Al Fardan Sports Motors as a Marketing Manager for Ferrari & Maserati. After a year, they moved to MBC GROUP in 2010, where they first worked as a Marketing Manager for the Audio & Music Business. Hassan then progressed to the role of Senior Marketing Manager for MBC2 TV/App & MBC MAX from 2013 to 2015. Finally, they became the Head of Marketing for multiple MBC channels, including MBC2, MBC MAX, MBC ACTION, MBC PERSIA, MBC3, and Kids' SVOD, starting from July 2015.

In 2003, they attended the American University of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a concentration in Marketing. Hassan completed their undergraduate studies in 2006.
Afterward, in 2007, they enrolled at Notre Dame University - Louaize (NDU) and pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Marketing Concentration. Hassan completed their MBA studies in 2009.
In 2017, they attended Columbia Business School and undertook two separate programs. The first was a program on Digital Strategies for Business: Leading the Next-Generation Enterprise. The second was focused on Digital Marketing, covering topics such as customer engagement, social media, planning, and analytics.
Subsequently, in 2019, they pursued a program on Innovation of Products and Services: MIT's Approach to Design Thinking at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
In 2020, they completed a program on Building Digital Partnership & Ecosystem at INSEAD.
Most recently, in 2022, they attended the London Business School and completed a program called Mastering Digital Marketing: SEM, SEO, Social Media and Beyond.
