Ibrahim al-Hayek

Ibrahim Al-Hayek has work experience in the field of software quality assurance engineering. Ibrahim started their career at Aspire IT Services Partner in November 2020 as a Quality Analyst. In this role, they designed and created test cases, performed various types of testing, and supported production deployments. Ibrahim then joined MBC GROUP in July 2021 as an Associate Software Quality Assurance Engineer. In this position, they designed and created test cases based on software development plans, performed different types of testing, and verified and defined reported issues in the bugs backlog. Ibrahim was promoted to the role of Software Quality Assurance Engineer in March 2022 at MBC GROUP. In this role, they established and maintained set requirements for developing or manufacturing reliable features, created test cases and defined test strategies based on software development plans, and analyzed and verified reported issues in the bugs backlog.

Ibrahim Al-Hayek obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology from 2016 to 2020. Ibrahim also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering at Algebra University College in 2019. In terms of additional certifications, Ibrahim completed courses such as "Project Planning: Putting It All Together," "Foundations of Project Management," and "Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project" offered by Google in 2022. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Java SE Programming from SAGO International Group.
