Karim Samy has an extensive work experience in the media planning and digital media field. Karim started their career at Initiative as a Senior Media Planner in 2008 and later became a Senior Digital Media Planner in 2010. In 2011, they joined OMD Egypt as a Digital Media Manager and worked there until 2013. Karim then moved to OMD Dubai as a Regional Digital Manager for a short period before returning to OMD Egypt as a Digital Director. In 2016, Karim joined the Middle East Broadcasting Center as their Head of Media Planning. In 2019, they became a Board Member at IAB GCC.
Karim Samy has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business from the Modern Sciences and Arts University, which they obtained between 2003 and 2007.
