Lamara Boufassa

Lamara Boufassa started their work experience in 2003 as an Assistant Director Supervisor at AL ARABIYA NEWS CHANNEL. During this role, they assisted in major bulletins, weekly programs, and daily live news casts. Lamara also led rehearsals and trained staff in various technical positions. In 2004, they joined mbc as a Studio Director, where they worked until 2008. In this role, they directed majority of MBC & MBC 3 programs and shows, ensuring high ratings with tailor-made content for the MENA market. Lamara also set up and supervised on-ground events/activations in the region. Later in 2008, Lamara joined Middle East Broadcasting Corp as a Director/Producer, where they continued to successfully direct shows and maintained top ratings for flagship programs.

Lamara Boufassa attended SHARJAH UNIVERSITY from 1999 to 2002, where they pursued a degree in SC Mass Communication with a focus on Broadcast and TV.
