Mahmoud Agina has extensive work experience in the field of visual effects (VFX) and motion graphics. Mahmoud started their career at Dream TV in 2002 as a Graphic Designer, where they primarily worked on motion graphics for promos and title sequences. Mahmoud then joined Graphic Aroma in 2004 as a Compositor and Motion Graphic Artist, where they handled the creative process for TV idents, title sequences, and advertisements.

In 2005, Mahmoud joined Al Jazeera Children's Channel as a Flame Artist and Graphic Designer. Mahmoud was responsible for compositing, motion graphics, and grading work on major TV commercials and promos. Mahmoud also supervised shoots and closely collaborated with the production team and promo producers to achieve the final product. Mahmoud stayed with Al Jazeera Children's Channel until June 2010.

Following their time at Al Jazeera, Mahmoud joined MBC GROUP in July 2010. Mahmoud held multiple roles at MBC, including Lead VFX Artist and Senior Unreal & Houdini Generalist, as well as Senior Flame & Lead VFX Artist. Mahmoud's responsibilities at MBC included handling VFX, compositing, motion graphics, and grading work on major TV commercials and promos. Mahmoud also supervised shoots and worked closely with the production team, promo producers, and creative directors to achieve the desired final product.

Mahmoud Agina pursued their education from 1996 to 2000 at Zagazig University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General. In addition, they obtained a certification in Advanced Flame VFX compositing from Autodesk in March 2008.
