Modar Eyad has gained work experience in various roles and industries. In 2018, they worked as an Operations Assistant at Continental Jet Services for a year. In 2021, they became a Call Center Telemarketer at CARS24, where they worked for seven months. Then in 2022, they joined MBC GROUP as a Customer Service Representative.

Modar Eyad studied at Emirates Aviation University from 2013 to 2014, where they earned a Higher National Diploma in Business management with a focus on International Business. Modar later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Air Transportation from Emirates Aviation University from 2015 to 2017.
