Olivier Bachelier

Olivier Bachelier has a diverse range of work experience across various industries. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Business Analyst at Bombardier Transportation, where they managed the PMO of Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing projects. In 2012, they joined Johnson & Johnson as a Financial Analyst, where they performed investment analysis and simplified financial reporting processes. In 2013, Olivier worked at UBS as a Business Development & Marketing Analyst, where they defined a new positioning strategy for the Private Bank in France.

From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Management Consultant at Wavestone, where they played a key role in setting up a new subsidiary: TOTAL Global Services. Olivier then joined Sia Partners as a Management Consultant, where they worked on projects for clients such as North Oil Company and Saudi Electricity Company.

In 2017, Olivier joined PKF The Consulting House as a Senior Consultant, where they developed business cases and positioning strategies for real estate projects in the Seychelles.

In 2018, they returned to MBC GROUP as a Strategic Projects Manager, leading initiatives such as the internalization of sales activities and leveraging big data for data-driven decisions. In 2021, they joined Al Dahra as a Transformation Manager, focusing on strategy. Olivier is currently working as the Senior Manager of Corporate Operations in the CEO Office at MBC GROUP.

Olivier Bachelier has a diverse education history. Olivier obtained a Master in Strategy and International Business from ESSEC Business School, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Master in Management at Pierre and Marie Curie University from 2011 to 2012. Olivier also holds a Master of Science / Engineer degree from ECE. Ecole d'ingénieurs. Engineering School, which they completed in the field of Finance / Quantitative Finance between 2006 and 2011. Additionally, they attended the UC Irvine Summer School in 2010 and participated in an exchange program at Concordia University in 2008.
