Rafeef Rihani has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries and roles. Rafeef is currently working at MBC Group as the Head of Marketing at Shahid since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at OSN from 2016 to 2022, where they held two different positions. As the Marketing Director OTT Digital, they led the marketing department for OSN's streaming OTT platform, including digital and performance marketing, communication and creative studio, social media, and engagement and partnership marketing. Rafeef successfully rebranded OSN in April 2020 and positioned it as the leading OTT platform in the region with exclusive quality content. In their role as Customer Engagement Director, Rafeef was responsible for leading the Customer Engagement department, overseeing engagement, retention, customer experience, and the loyalty program. Rafeef successfully launched an unconventional and targeted loyalty/engagement program that positively impacted churn.

Prior to their tenure at OSN, Rafeef worked at du as the Director of Consumer Base Management from 2014 to 2016. Their responsibilities included maximizing revenue and margin throughout the customer lifecycle, micro-segmenting the customer base, and analyzing customer behavior and needs to target them with optimal BTL offers. Rafeef also conceptualized and built an umbrella loyalty program to increase customer lifetime value, reduce churn, and enhance NPS levels.

Rafeef's early career includes work at Zain, where they held various roles from 2002 to 2011. As the Regional Manager for Market Research in the Middle East Region, they led the marketing research team at Zain Group and its subsidiaries, providing critical customer insights for strategic decision-making. Rafeef also managed the day-to-day operations of the market research department and designed the annual marketing research roadmap. Prior to this, they worked as the Market Research Manager at Zain Jordan, where they supported marketing and other departments in decision-making processes through market study research.

Rafeef's career started at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG as a Marketing Assistant, where they researched and reported information on advertising and campaign requirements, managed budgets, and controlled department expenditures.

Rafeef Rihani began their education in 1995 at ASG Amman, where they completed their high school education in the Scientific stream. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Jordan in 1997 and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the Faculty of Business Administration in 2001.
