Sawsan Chahine

Sawsan Chahine has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. Sawsan started their career in 1994 as a Sales Representative at Mersaco Pharmaceuticals, where they promoted pharmaceutical products in both private and governmental sectors. Sawsan then worked at Bristol Meyers Squibb as a Sales Representative for medical equipment before joining GlaxoSmithKline as a Senior Sales Representative, where they promoted pharmaceutical products to hospitals, doctors, and pharmacies. In 2000, they worked at Publicis Graphics as a Client Services Specialist, managing international clients' accounts and developing advertising strategies. Sawsan also volunteered at Mind Freedom Kenya as a Medical Officer from 2008 to 2010. From 2011 to 2012, they served as an Office Manager at Luxury Gems and Diamond Trading, handling administrative, technical, and financial transactions. In 2013, they worked at Allergan Medical as a Freelance Project Manager, planning and managing conferences. Sawsan also worked at Media Interactive Agency from 2013 to 2016 as a Client Services Specialist, communicating and managing client relationships and organizing events. Currently, they hold the position of Legal Assistant at MBC Group, where they started in 2019.

Sawsan Chahine completed their education at various institutions. From 1975 to 1990, they attended the Lebanese Evangelical School and obtained a Lebanese Baccalaureate. Later, from 1990 to 1994, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health Care Sciences from the American University of Beirut.

In addition to their formal education, Sawsan Chahine has also obtained several certifications. In June 2015, they received the Executive Secretary certification from the Zabeel International Institute of Management & Technology. In March 2015, they obtained the MS-Office certification from the same institute. In May 2012, they completed the Stott Pilates instructor certification from the Stott Pilates Center in Canada.
