Stephanie Holden started their career in 1995 as an M&A Analyst at Merrill Lynch. stephanie then worked as an Analyst at The Walt Disney Company before becoming a Business Associate at Priceline.com. In 2004, they joined McKinsey & Company as an Associate. Stephanie went on to join Al Arabiya News Channel in 2005, where they served as the Interim Head of Middle East News. After their time at Al Arabiya, they joined the Middle East Broadcasting Center (MBC) as the Chief Strategy & Corporate Development Officer in 2005. During their time at MBC, Stephanie also served as the Head of MBC Ventures. In 2018, they became an Adjunct Professor at the American University in Dubai. Stephanie has had a diverse range of roles and has gained expertise in strategy, corporate development, and digital innovation.

Stephanie Holden attended Harvard Business School from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained their MBA. stephanie also pursued a Master's degree at Harvard Kennedy School, although the specific start and end years are unknown. Additionally, Stephanie Holden completed their Bachelor's degree in international relations, economics, and multinational management at the University of Pennsylvania.
