Amnah Abdulfattah

Amnah Abdulfattah serves as the Head of Shared Services and Human Capital at Middle East Investment Co. since May 2019, where responsibilities include leading the development of shared services, designing employee service experiences, and ensuring alignment with HR strategic goals. Prior to this role, Amnah was the Head of Human Resources at Bay La Sun Hotel & Marina, overseeing human resources functions and ensuring effective communication between employees and management. Earlier experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at KAUST and Relationship Manager at Samba Financial Group, along with a position as Assistant Manager of Human Resources at York Technical College. Amnah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Business from Winthrop University.
