Najwan Khalil has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent position was at Middle East Payment Services, where they served as the Head of Compliance and Head of Customers Complaint. Prior to that, they worked at Cairo Amman Bank as a Customers Complaint Officer, where they were responsible for receiving and assessing customer complaints and coordinating with relevant departments for resolution. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Project Secretary at Antemina Construction & Contracting, providing administrative support to the project team. They also served as an Administrative Coordinator at Sunline Petroleum Services, handling administrative tasks and client communication in Iraq. Their earliest work experience was as a Marketing Executive at SHEEMA Press.

Najwan Khalil obtained a Diploma from the Institute of Banking Studies Jordan in 2022, specializing in the operating rules of electronic payment systems and their compliance standards. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2009, Najwan completed a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Petra. In terms of certifications, Najwan received the Certified Compliance Manager (CCM) certification from the Global Compliance Institute in July 2022. Previously, in December 2020, Najwan obtained the Regulatory Compliance Specialist (RCS) certification from the same institution. Additionally, in July 2003, Najwan completed a Comprehensive Computer Course & Graphic Design certification from Beyond 2000.
