Umer Farooq

Umer Farooq has extensive experience as a Senior Accountant at Middle East Specialized Cables (MESC) since July 2010, managing the finalization of monthly, quarterly, mid-year, and annual accounts using Oracle and QuickBooks, as well as overseeing general ledger reconciliation and maintaining the fixed asset register. Umer also prepares financial statements and supporting schedules, conducts monthly bank reconciliations, and analyzes financial statements for variances. Prior to this role, Umer served as a Financial Analyst at Ahmedani Real Estate and as an Accountant at Aljazayer Used Cars & Auto Spare Parts L.L.C, where responsibilities included preparing financial reports, managing working capital, and conducting performance analysis. Umer holds an MBA in Marketing, Commerce, and Computer Sciences from Sarhad University of Science and Information Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the National College for Computer Sciences.
