Kevin Collins

Kevin Collins, MBA, PMP, is an experienced professional with a strong background in business process improvement and financial analysis. Currently serving as Manager of Business Process and Facilities Improvement and Corporate Program Manager at Middle Tennessee Electric since December 2013, Kevin led the successful consolidation of systems and processes after acquiring Murfreesboro Electric, making it the largest electric distribution cooperative in the U.S. Prior roles include Director of Financial Projects, Analysis and Support at RR Donnelley, where Kevin provided strategic leadership for shared service centers, and Leader of Finance Services at Nortel, where efforts focused on finance transformation and SOX compliance. Earlier in their career, Kevin managed financial reporting and analysis at Ford Motor Credit Company, implementing key management reporting systems and conducting detailed financial analysis. Kevin holds an MBA in Leadership and Finance and a BS in Computer Science, both from Lipscomb University.
