Nancy Schroyer

Nancy Schroyer has extensive experience in human resources and administrative roles. Currently employed at Middle Way House as a Human Resources Coordinator, Nancy supports employees in their relations with others and clients. In their previous roles at HASH FARMS EXCAVATING INC and Kroger Company 444, Nancy handled payroll, taxes, invoices, and all HR duties, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and benefits assistance. Nancy holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Social Work with a minor in French from Olivet Nazarene University.
