Andrew Bolton is an experienced real estate professional with a focus on development and project management. Currently serving as Development Manager at Middleburg Communities since April 2022, Andrew previously held the role of Senior Development Manager at Stanley Martin Homes and Real Estate Manager at Lidl US, where responsibilities included site acquisitions for new store developments. Andrew brings substantial expertise from a decade at Bozzuto, where as Director of Preconstruction, projects spanned diverse residential developments across the Washington, DC and Baltimore metro areas. Early career experience includes an internship in project management at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company. Andrew holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Development & Finance from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Business from the University of Virginia.
