Dora Najera

Dora Najera is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as the HR, People and Compensation Manager at Middleburg Communities since April 2022. Prior to this role, Dora Najera worked at Marriott International from February 2018 to April 2022, holding positions as a Human Resources Generalist and Guest Experience Expert.
