Victor Gomez

Victor Gomez, MBA, is an experienced Project Manager currently overseeing projects at Middleburg Communities and Middleburg Construction since April 2024. With a solid background in project management spanning various companies including Morrow Construction, First Florida, and Epoch Residential, Victor specializes in procurement of construction services, contract administration, and documentation. Previous roles include managing significant renovations and operations in both residential and commercial properties at Cortland Partners, and serving as an Assistant Site Engineer at INGCOVISA. Victor holds a Master's degree in Project Management and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, along with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra.
