Butterfly Blaise Boire

Butterfly Blaise Boire, M.S., serves as the Civil Rights & Title IX Coordinator at Middlebury College since September 2021, where responsibilities include ensuring compliance with federal and state mandates related to Title IX. Prior experience includes serving as Title IX Coordinator and Investigator at SUNY Plattsburgh from January 2013 to August 2021, alongside roles as an Adjunct Professor in Communication Studies, Mental Health Counseling, and Gender and Women's Studies. With a focus on fostering inclusivity and understanding through education, Butterfly has also worked as a Skill Building Coordinator at BHSN and as a Graduate Assistant at SUNY Research Foundation, contributing to key research initiatives. Butterfly holds a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from SUNY Plattsburgh and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the same institution.
