Charles Caldwell

Charles Caldwell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in systems and data administration, as well as community impact operations. Currently serving as the Systems and Data Administrator at Middlebury College since February 2021, Charles previously held multiple leadership roles at Granite United Way from 2014 to 2020, including Director of Reporting and Analysis, where responsibilities included enhancing cross-departmental reports and data integrity, as well as overseeing grant process improvements. Earlier experience at Volunteer NH involved program administration and event planning, supporting New Hampshire's AmeriCorps programs. Charles holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and a BA in Government from St. Lawrence University.
