Ursula Olender

Ursula Olender possesses extensive experience in career services and student advising, currently serving as the Executive Director of the Center for Careers and Internships at Middlebury College since March 2016. In this role, strategic and visionary leadership is provided to enhance the career education experience for students. Prior positions include Director of Career Advising & Employer Relations at Middlebury College, Associate Dean of Students & Director of the Career Center at Amherst College, and Director of Career Services at Colgate University. Additionally, Ursula has worked as a Career Center Consultant and held various roles at Dartmouth College and Champlain College, contributing to the development of career programs and student services. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Counseling from Springfield College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Greenville University.
