Laura Spoor Biederman

Laura Spoor Biederman has extensive work experience in various industries. Laura currently holds the position of Vice President, National Account Support and Development at The Middleby Corporation since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant in Process Improvement and Project Management at LADI in 2020. From 2020 to 2022, Laura served as a Senior Director of Kitchen Engineering and Equipment at Restaurant Brands International and Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen.

From 2017 to 2022, Laura worked at LKS Engineering and Design as a Consultant in Project Management, Business Processes, Ops Development, and Industrial Engineering. During their time at LKS, they were responsible for managing continuous improvement projects and streamlining business process flows.

In 2019, Laura worked at Griffis Residential in the role of Change Management, Process Improvement, and Project Management. Their responsibilities included creating and leading change management processes and redesigning training and development teams.

From 2011 to 2017, Laura held multiple roles at Smashburger, including VP of Operations Platform and Engineering and Operations Development and Platform Engineering. Laura was responsible for overseeing operations and engineering development.

In 2010, Laura worked as an Engineer and Designer at LKS Engineering and Design, and prior to that, they worked in the Engineering department at Quiznos from 2008 to 2010. In 2008, they briefly served as a Senior Strategy Planner at Kaiser Foundation Health Plan.

Laura's early career includes a managerial role at Boston Market Corp. from 2003 to 2007, where they were responsible for operations development and learning and development.

Laura Spoor Biederman holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
