Sarah Palisi Chapin

Ms. Chapin is the Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee.

Ms. Chapin is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Chapin Creative, LLC, a business incubation, strategy and marketing advisory firm founded in 2016. Since 2014 she has served as a Director of Yummy Spoonfuls, an organic baby and toddler food company. Previously, from 2009-16, Ms. Chapin was Chief Executive Officer and board member of Hail Merry, a food company with gluten-free vegan, raw oil and refrigerated dessert snacks. From 2007-13 she served as a Director of Caribou Coffee Company, Inc. Ms. Chapin was a Partner in The Chain Gang, a restaurant investment consultancy and advisory practice, from 2004-09, and Chief Executive Officer of Enersyst Development Center from 1995-2003 and Vice President of Worldwide Business Strategy of Burger King Corporation from 1990-1995.

Ms. Chapin brings more than three decades of experience in the food service and food processing industries, including a comprehensive understanding of strategy, franchising, commercial kitchen technology, brand management, product development, marketing, operational excellence, market expansion and acquisition strategy.
