Sarah (Henning) Winters

Sarah (Henning) Winters has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over two decades. From 1999 to 2023, they held various roles at KeyBank, including SVP & Senior Manager in Human Resources, overseeing technology, operations, and services. Sarah improved hiring and employee engagement through the implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Prior to that, they served as a strategic business partner and coach to multiple departments within the Corporate Bank. Sarah also managed learning and development programs for the Human Resources department and served as an organization development consultant, coaching leaders and implementing feedback programs. Currently, they are the Chief Human Resources Officer at The Middlefield Banking Company, a position they assumed in 2023.

Sarah (Henning) Winters has an MBA in Organizational Behavior and International Management from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Communications and International Affairs from the University of New Hampshire.
