Damian Kricker

Damian Kricker serves as the General Manager Finance and Company Secretary at Middlemount Coal Pty Ltd since June 2023. Previously, Damian held the position of Group Financial Controller at Kestrel Coal Resources from August 2018 to May 2023, playing a crucial role in establishing the company and overseeing various financial activities and compliance processes. Prior to Kestrel, Damian worked at Rio Tinto in multiple roles, including Manager Planning & Business Analysis and Specialist in Coal Joint Ventures, contributing to substantial divestment processes and managing joint venture relationships. Damian's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business (Accountancy) and a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science (Health Services Management) from Queensland University of Technology, as well as a Post Graduate in Accounting and Finance from CPA Australia Program and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Corporate Governance & Risk Management from the Governance Institute of Australia.
