Michael Clarke

Michael Clarke possesses extensive experience in healthcare governance and public health. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Governance Committee at Middlesex Hospital Alliance, Michael also holds the position of Deputy Chair on the Research Ethics Board for Health Canada and the Public Health Agency of Canada. As an Adjunct and Visiting Professor at Western University, Michael contributes to the Interfaculty Program in Public Health and the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry. Involvement with Tech4Life Enterprises and various health organizations has further established a strong commitment to ethical standards, innovative health solutions, and capacity building. Michael's leadership roles extend to editorial work with the Journal of Globalization and Health and previous positions on multiple boards, including the Southwest Middlesex Health Centre as Vice-Chair. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Microbiology from the University of Guelph and earlier studies at York University.
