Aly G. Xiong

Aly G. Xiong serves as the Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Normandale Community College since April 2022 and as the Director of Employee Services (CHRO) for the Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District since July 2020. During a previous role as Chief Learning Officer at The Sanneh Foundation from July 2017 to June 2020, Aly developed significant expertise in human resources and employee services. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Theology/Theological Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, a Superintendent of Schools Licensure from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and several programs from Harvard Graduate School of Education, including Management Development and Improving Schools: The Art of Leadership, as well as a Principal Licensure Program from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
