Laura Hildebrand-Rodriguez currently holds the position of Vice President-Support Services Manager at Middletown Valley Bank since October 2013. Prior to this role, Laura worked at Woodsboro Bank as a Bank Teller from July 2011 to October 2013. Laura graduated from Frederick Community College with an Associate's degree in 2009 and also obtained a Certification in Medical Insurance Specialist/Medical Biller from the same institution. In their current role, Laura manages the Help Desk, Core Support, and Facilities Departments at the bank, and Laura previously held roles related to systems support and administration. Additionally, Laura has experience in customer service, branch staff scheduling, and internal branch audits.
