Glen Hoppe

Glen Hoppe has over 27 years of work experience, with their most recent position being Senior Process Engineer at Middough Inc. Glen'sprevious role was as an Alcohol Plant Superintendent at Archer Daniels Midland Company, where they oversaw and optimized process operations in the alcohol and CO2 plants. Glen managed a team of 28 hourly employees and six salaried employees and made improvements in safety, quality, and costs within the departments. Prior to that, Glen held various roles at Archer Daniels Midland Company, including Alcohol Process Engineer, Refinery Process Engineer, Crystalline Dextrose and Fructose Superintendent, Fibersol Superintendent, and Assistant Superintendent in Refinery, Crystalline Dextrose & Fructose & Packing. In these roles, they worked on multimillion-dollar projects, optimized process equipment, and contributed to startup and troubleshooting of various systems. Glen contributed to the reduction of overall refinery costs and developed various processes and systems.

Glen Hoppe pursued their education in a chronological manner, beginning with their enrollment at Lincoln Land Community College from 1987 to 1989. During this period, they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree with a focus on Pre-Engineering. Following this, Glen attended Missouri University of Science and Technology for the duration of 1989 to 1991. Glen earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering during their time at this institution.
