Sam Boyle

Sam Boyle is currently a Development Manager at Midland Atlantic Properties and a student at Indiana University, where they study Business Informatics with a minor in Finance. They previously served as a Real Estate Credit Analyst at First Merchants Corporation and gained experience as a Branch Manager for Student Painters, overseeing a team of five employees while managing sales and advertising. In addition to their role at Midland Atlantic, Sam worked as a COVID Lease Administrator and completed a development internship at Village Capital Corporation (Pedcor) during the summer of 2020. Sam graduated in May 2021 and is expected to continue their professional journey at patch development.
