Carmen Edwards, DNP, MSN, RN, currently serves as the Dean of Health Sciences at Midland College, a position held since July 2014. Prior to this role, Carmen Edwards was the Dean of Nursing and Allied Health at Odessa College from May 2007 to June 2011. Carmen Edwards holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Educational Leadership from American Sentinel University, obtained between 2014 and 2016, and a Master's degree in Nursing from The University of Texas at El Paso, earned from 1980 to 1984.
