Pervis Evans

Pervis Evans currently serves as the Dean of Public Service at Midland College, overseeing programs for public service careers. Previous roles include Senior Dean of Liberal Arts and Education at Odessa College and Executive Director of Educate Midland, where Pervis led various initiatives to enhance regional education. Pervis co-founded J. M. Perelle, LLC, focusing on creative project production in music and literature, and has extensive experience in educational programming, budget management, and curriculum development. Pervis holds a Master of Education in Counselor Education and a Master of Science in Education and Management from Texas Tech University, as well as a Bachelor of General Studies from the same institution.
