William Torres

William Torres, Ed.D., currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Organizational Learning & Engagement at Midland College, overseeing employee training, professional development, and instructional support initiatives. With prior experience as Dean of Instructional Support Services and Director of the Teaching & Learning Center, William has focused on enhancing the educational experience for faculty and students. Previous roles include Instructional Design Specialist and Adjunct Speech Instructor at Tarrant County College, along with positions in marketing and training coordination. William holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership, a Master of Arts in Communication, and has extensive experience in instructional support and organizational development.
