Ashley Cooper-Hong

Ashley Cooper-Hong has a diverse range of work experience in various roles. In 2011 and 2012, Ashley worked as a Project Support Officer and Project Assistant for the EYST My-Space Project, where they supported disadvantaged children from different cultural backgrounds. From 2012 to 2013, Ashley volunteered as a Translator and Interpreter for the British Red Cross, providing language services for families claiming refugee status. In 2012, they also worked as a Project Officer for the City and County of Swansea, coordinating a play bus program for local schools. From 2012 to 2013, Ashley worked as a Project Support Officer for Save the Children UK, organizing conferences and providing translation and interpreting support. From 2013 to 2015, Ashley served as a University Consultant and IELTS Teacher for Glo.Horizon Beijing, profiling higher education institutions and analyzing their offerings. Ashley then worked as a Community Leader and Freelance Consultant for Huamei Liting Real Estate Ltd. from 2015 to 2020, providing market research and conducting negotiations. From 2017 to 2020, Ashley worked as a Project Manager for the Hui Min Foundation of Medical and Pharmaceutical Health Development. Ashley also has experience in the education sector, having worked as a Project Manager Career Advisor and Consultant for the Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology from 2013 to 2020. Lastly, Ashley currently holds the position of Partnership Success Manager EMEA at Studyportals since September 2022.

Ashley Cooper-Hong completed a Master's degree in Developmental and Child Psychology at Swansea University from 2009 to 2011. In 2015, they obtained a Certificate of Teaching Chinese Language from Beijing Language and Culture University. Ashley also received a PQ Certificate in Sand Play Therapy Skills from PTUK in 2012 and an OCN level 1 Play Worker certification from Forest School in 2011.
