AMAN SAINI is an Internal Audit Associate at Midland Credit Management, part of Encore Capital Group, since January 2023, following a role as an Internal Audit Intern. Prior experience includes working as a Data Analyst and Python Developer at WeAddo from June to August 2022, and serving as a Teaching Professional at Teens Of God from February 2021 to July 2022. AMAN also completed a Data Science & Business Analyst Internship with The Sparks Foundation in late 2021, focusing on project-based learning. AMAN contributed as a Student Volunteer with NSS NCU, participated as a Promotions Specialist and Public Relations Specialist with Engineers Without Borders Gurugram, and was a Student Volunteer with EWB-India. AMAN holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from The NorthCap University, with earlier education from Greenwood Public School.
