Andrew Richmond is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and strategic partnerships at Midland Credit Management since June 2013, currently serving as Director. Richmond oversees the execution of portfolio acquisition strategies, relationship management, contract negotiations, and compliance controls. Previously, in roles such as Senior Manager and Operations Manager, Richmond led a $350M annual legal outsourcing collections channel and managed high-performance teams. Prior experience includes program management and strategic consulting with Booz Allen Hamilton, focusing on the US Navy, and providing technical analysis at BRTRC to assist small businesses in defense-related endeavors. Richmond holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Journalism from the University of Richmond.
