Luciano Valencia is an experienced compliance and governance professional with a proven track record in multiple roles within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Principal GRC Program Manager at Midland Credit Management since May 2020, Luciano expanded the role to support the company’s Global Shared Services Program. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior GRC Analyst at Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, an IT Compliance Analyst at BofI Federal Bank, a BSA AML Analyst at Right Start Mortgage, and several Compliance Analyst roles at Finance of America Mortgage and Prospect Mortgage. Luciano earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Affairs & Marketing from California State University, Northridge, in 2013.
