James Baker

James Baker has extensive work experience in the housing industry. James started their career in 1992 at Waterloo Housing Association as a Home Ownership Manager. In 1993, they joined Platform Housing Group as a DIYSO Officer and worked their way up to become the Director of Home Ownership. James was with the company for 27 years. From 2008 to 2018, James worked at Waterloo Housing Group as the Head of Waterloo Homes, where they focused on sales and management of Shared Ownership, Leasehold, and Private Market Rent properties. In 2021, they held Sales & Leasehold Project Manager roles at Warwick District Council and Hackney Borough Council before joining Midland Heart as the Head of Sales & Marketing.

James Baker attended Park Hall Comprehensive from 1978 to 1983.
