Roberta Solorio

Roberta SoloRio is a seasoned human resource leader with extensive experience across various sectors. Recently served as Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer at Midland Memorial Hospital from December 2014 until retirement in May 2023. Prior to this role, Roberta held the position of Vice President Human Resources at Wilsonart LLC, overseeing multiple HR functions for the Americas business unit. Roberta's career includes significant roles at Flextronics, where responsibilities encompassed strategic HR operations in North America, as well as key leadership positions at The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center and MacGregor Medical Association. Additionally, Roberta practiced employment law as Staff Attorney at Administaff and gained foundational experience in human resources at Compaq Computer Corporation. Educational qualifications include a JD from South Texas College of Law Houston and a BS in Education from Northern Michigan University.
