Sally Bryan

Sally Bryan has extensive experience in human resources, starting in 1991 as the HR Manager for ENIDINE, INC., where they organized and developed the HR Department and wrote an Affirmative Action Plan. Sally then moved on to HNI COMPANY, INC. in 1995, where they served as the first HR Manager and also worked as an outside consultant for HR assistance. In 2003, they joined BAKER & BAKER, INC. (formerly the Orth Company) as an HR Manager, where they redefined job descriptions, implemented new HRIS, and managed FMLA and workers compensation claims. Since 2005, they have been working as the VP of Human Resources at Midland Plastics, Inc., where they manage legal and compliance issues, provides organizational development consulting, and oversees HR support for multiple locations.

Sally Bryan attended Ottawa University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources. Prior to that, from 1974 to 1976, they attended Muskingum Area Technical College and obtained an Associates Degree in Administrative Assistant and Secretarial Science, General. In 1973 to 1974, Sally attended Miami University, but it is unclear if they obtained a degree during that time.
