Midland Public Schools serves 7,500+ students in the city of Midland, Michigan and surrounding areas. We have students from pre-k through grade 12 with 11 schools and 950+ employees. We are committed to providing an outstanding education to our students in a healthy, safe environment.

The Midland Public Schools district is located in the eastern portion of Midland County. The district is geographically long and narrow, running from Saginaw County on the south to Gladwin County on the north and encompassing approximately 137 square miles.

The Education Team at Midland Public Schools is responsible for delivering comprehensive and specialized instruction to students from pre-k through grade 12. This team includes subject-specific teachers such as those in technology education, French, special education, human body systems and chemistry, general education, and social studies/physical education. They work collaboratively to create a supportive learning environment, tailor educational resources to meet diverse student needs, and ensure that students develop into knowledgeable, self-reliant, and ethical citizens.
