Allison Vonderheide has extensive experience in the payroll and compensation field, currently holding the title of Senior Payroll & Compensation Specialist at Midland States Bank. With a background in managing multi-state payroll processing and ensuring regulatory compliance, Allison also has experience as an A/P & Payroll Manager. Prior to their current role, Allison served as the Internal Sales Team Leader at Hydro-Gear, where Allison led various departments and implemented process improvements. Allison holds a B.S. in Agricultural Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
