Chris Eley

Chris Eley has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. From 2004 to 2008, they worked as a Territory Sales Representative at Pepsi MidAmerica, where they managed multiple sales accounts and acquired skills in professional sales, communication, and inventory management. Chris then transitioned to Patterson Dental, where they worked as a Digital Engineer from 2008 to 2010. In this role, they provided support for digital x-ray equipment and software, managed test sites, and collaborated with various stakeholders. From 2010 to 2014, Chris worked at Midland States Bank as a Solutions Engineer, playing a crucial role in the development and execution of project deliverables for the Merchant Services department. At World Wide Technology, they held two positions from 2014 to 2018: Team Lead and Product Owner/Business Intelligence Engineer. In these roles, they delivered strategic outcomes, led and developed teams, and managed a budget. Currently, Chris is working at Midland States Bank as the Director of Strategic Engineering and Innovation, where they focus on driving data products and services strategies and overseeing solutions delivery.

Chris Eley attended The Wharton School from 2023 to 2026, where they received a degree in Leadership. Chris also completed the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking program during this time. Additionally, they hold a Master's degree in MBA with a Technology Focus and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Eastern Illinois University.
