Martin Walden is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in compliance and institutional venture capital. Currently serving as a Senior Institutional Venture Capital Associate at Midland Trust since January 2021, Martin previously held the position of Director of Compliance at OMNI Financial Services for a decade, where responsibilities included managing the Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction, reviewing trade blotters, and approving new accounts for various financial products. Educationally, Martin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management from Florida SouthWestern State College and has further education from the University of Florida.
