Kate Andrews

Kate Andrews is a seasoned arts professional currently serving as Co Director at Ampersand Projects since April 2016, where focus lies on fostering community engagement through participatory art. Concurrently, Kate works as an Arts Marketing Consultant for Town Hall and Symphony Hall Birmingham, contributing to audience research initiatives. Previous roles include Creative Producer at mac Birmingham, overseeing a project designed to mentor youth in creative arts marketing, and Marketing and PR Consultant for the A Matter of Life & Death Festival. Kate's expertise also encompasses project management for various initiatives, including Home of Metal at Capsule and programming for the SHOUT Festival. Holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Wolverhampton, Kate combines artistic insight with strategic marketing acumen to enhance community and cultural initiatives across the region.
